At Clinic to Cloud, our User Success and Product Training Specialist is at the heart of making sure our employees and customers are knowledgeable about Clinic to Cloud’s software and become active and highly skilled users of our platform.  Joining the Clinic to Cloud team is a great opportunity for someone willing to come in and make an outsized contribution to our training content and the business overall.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for delivering training programs to our employees and customers to enable them to become self-sufficient with our product. Our customer base is vast and includes clinicians and healthcare professionals along with our own people like BA’s, Software Developers and Sales People among other roles and profiles.

Key to this role is the ability to internalize complex business and technical information and articulate it effectively to our customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of product training sessions in both a virtual and in-person classroom-style environment
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to build, adapt, and continuously improve training content, incorporating new product features
  • Create (or modify) engaging and compelling course content that promotes customer product adoption and self-sufficiency both internally and with WalkMe software.
  • Assist discovery procedures with customers to scope learning needs
  • Design custom curriculum that employs engaging instructional strategies
  • Establish and evaluate KPIs in order to report on the efficacy of the effort

Preferred
Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of training work experience delivering technical training on a complex SaaS product
  • Proven experience with WalkMe software
  • Proven presentation skills and experience
  • Creative problem-solver, highly motivated and self-managed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to different learning backgrounds and personalities
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • High emotional intelligence; exceptional ability to manage a room of adult learners
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Software/technical knowledge: Experience using or administering CRM and HRM systems
  • Experience with web collaboration tools, such as Zoom.
  • MUST be able to learn and absorb information quickly and thrive in a generally fast-paced environment subject to change based on business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree in an educational, technical or related field is preferred
