Why do we want you?

Clinic to Cloud can offer you a fantastic opportunity to be part of a cutting edge SaaS product in an amazing team. Our product is a secure, scalable Medical Practice Management Platform that optimizes practice operations, improves financial performance and delivers better patient experiences. And we are at the forefront of the healthcare technology transformation in Australia.

Designed for today's in-demand health professional, we power a mobile-enabled, connected care ecosystem that frees up time to focus on what is most important: the patient. The end user and how they experience their world and our application is key for all workflows and we use a multitude of technologies to support and delight our customers.

Daily we aim to push boundaries and ask the question; "Why?" and "How can we make it SMARTER"?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (SaaS) to own both external customer delivery and internal development across the full organisation. The core focus of this role is the management of numerous software development projects across the full SDLC.

The role will see you take ownership of a number of complex deliveries, working with a range of stakeholders both on-shore and off-shore (Software Engineers, Testers, UXers, Product Owners, Business Analysts) and co-coordinating delivery across the full SDLC. You will be expected to create, define and implement a successful delivery process with an overriding focus on Agile methodologies. Moreover, you will work closely with the c-suite and will report directly into the CTO and alongside the Head of Product Strategy giving you unparalleled access to high-level strategy thus making you an integral part of their future roadmap.

Key to the role:

  • The success of the role will hinge on 4 pillars;

    • Software Development Project Delivery- First and foremost, you need to have a background delivering software projects. You should have experience of software release management/delivery and an understanding of the full SDLC.

    • Delivery Methodologies - Whilst we are an Agile development house, wider experience and a broad understanding of additional delivery methodologies (Waterfall, PRINCE2) is important as we are seeking a well-rounded candidate.

    • Stakeholder Management - You need to be able to demonstrate proven communication and stakeholder management skills (internal and external) as you will be expected to act as a conduit between core technology and the wider business. Proven experience working up to c-level is therefore mandatory.

    • Team Management & Leadership - Finally, it is imperative that you bring proven leadership skills to the table as this role will see you take ownership for a portfolio of work. You will most certainly have previous experience managing software teams and anything in the healthcare space would be hugely beneficial.

    This is genuinely a fantastic opportunity to get involved in some really cool projects, so if this is something you'd like to hear more about then please contact us.

    In return, you will be joining an organisation with a genuinely fantastic company culture, commitment to innovation and great work/life balance.
