We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about building a strong brand together with our partners and is excited about working in a fast-paced environment. You will be the linking pin between Clinic to Cloud’s marketing team and our partners’ marketing teams. Your key responsibility is to drive marketing engagements that help amplify our brand presence, joint value propositions and new revenue.

You’re curious to understand the landscape and enjoy helping partners and customers understand the value of our partner network. Flexibility and creativity are in your nature and help you think of unique ways to reach our target audience, whether it’s via digital channels or in-person events. Your ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, plan and execute to reach goals will make you a true asset to the team.

You’ll be part of a close-knit marketing team, reporting to the Head of Marketing and with dotted line reporting to Head of Partnerships. You will also be joining a fun and driven marketing team who challenge each other every day to build Clinic to Cloud into a world-class market leader in healthcare technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing admin support to our Head of Marketing & Product Marketing Specialist
  • Together with our Head of Marketing and Head of Partnerships, develop a co-marketing program and playbook for the partner network
  • Create a calendar for all co-marketing initiatives and events
  • Ensure all contracted benefits are delivered and measured
  • Execute the benefits provided by partners to meet marketing and partnership objectives are met
  • Develop partner marketing communications, member offers and collateral ensuring a high standard of delivery
  • Source content from partners for the development and execution of blogs, eDMs and social media
  • Project manage integration announcements to partners’ members and raise awareness of our partnerships through PR

     


Identify joint sponsorship opportunities, together with events and teams.

 

 

  • Co-organise high-value events together with strategic partners that drive opportunities and lead generation
  • Propose new ideas for engaging and supporting partners’ success.
  • Work with partners to develop messaging, presentations, partner web pages, co-branding and other written communications.
  • Take ownership of the approval process for all partnership materials and communications.
  • Assist in developing Marketing Calendars
  • Event Coordination- conferences & medical education events

Preferred
Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or related discipline
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar marketing position
  •  MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Events and tradeshow planning and execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superior organisational skills - managing time pressures, tasks and outcomes.
  • Positive and solution focused.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Great with people, customer focused and articulate.
  • Great interpersonal skills, have a proven ability to work cross-functionally to collaborate.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, partners and agencies.
  • The ability to ‘think like a customer’ and always focused on ‘can dos’.
  • Creative, bring fresh ideas and new ways of doing things.
  • Flexibility, this role may requires some travel from time to time for events and conferences.
