As the leader of our national team, you will be responsible for business development and strategic relationship management of key stakeholders within Australia. Specifically, you will drive your team to prospect new business within their territories, lead product demonstrations, and develop relationships with key accounts. Essentially, you will want to coach, mentor and develop your team to guide our customers throughout the entire sales process in order to provide them with the best solutions possible.  Sharing the story of Clinic to Cloud with prospective clients, every day you will interact with clinicians and health professionals at all levels, in a variety of specialties and across a broad geographical area.

Will Street Director of Sales (Specialist)



  • Drive the national sales team to develop and manage a consistent, predictable pipeline
  • Partner with the wider organisation to help achieve our targets and develop your skills.
  • Prepare and execute structured sales presentations, including product walkthroughs
  • Identify and implement compelling events to increase pipeline velocity & predictability
  • Achieve team monthly quotas of MQL conversions, sourced qualified leads and closed opportunities.
  • Create a great impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience, at every turn.
  • Attend and participate in networking and industry events to drive awareness and interest in the solution.


  • Previous experience in a similar leadership role
  • A background in Healthcare, SaaS or the Technology space would be a bonus – the trifecta a dream!
  • Sound coaching & mentoring skills
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • A proven track record of delivering sales results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a curious nature
  • The ability to bring people together & motivate people around you
  • A Degree in Business or Technology
