Responsibilities:

  • Identify common customer challenges to help build better solutions and processes
  • Build product knowledge and become an expert of our platform as well as an asset for the rest of the CS team
  • Handle communication to customers leveraging our different platforms
  • Support customer needs and manage day-to-day client requests. Liaise with various internal business units to meet those needs
  • Reconcile customer data between internal systems to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Seek opportunities to optimize internal processes
  • Gather data for leadership reporting 
  • Work closely with Customer Success Managers to identify engagement opportunities
  • Support Customer Success Managers through customer onboarding and practice setup
  • Handle inbound Customer Success Enquiries

What you Bring...

  • 0-1 year of experience in a client-facing role 
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player with a natural curiosity and passion for learning: you’re the one who identifies problems and brings solutions, you don’t wait for others to point them out
  • Ability to deal with high-pressure situations with poise, diplomacy and tact
  • Excellent listening and empathy skills: you identify with the customer and you’re always eager to solve problems
  • True team mentality committed to learning from and teaching others
  • Proficient in the use of typical office desktop packages, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
